Q1. How can I pay for my order?

A1. You can pay with a credit or debit card through PayPal even if you don't have a PayPal account.  If you'd prefer to pay by check or cash, you can submit your order through the website and we will contact you about arranging payment.

Q2. How is shipping calculated?

A2. The delivery fee is a flat $5.00 in the Charlotte, NC area and the Tallahassee, FL area.  If you live outside of those cities, we will charge a rate of $5 per unit size.  Larger products, like cake carriers, are 3 units ($15 shipping) and smaller products, like jewelry, are 1 unit ($5 shipping).

 

Q3.  What fonts do you offer for personalization?

A3.  Examples of our fonts are shown and noted on the personalized cake carriers.  A document showing all fonts is located under "Information" in the right hand column.  These fonts can be used on any of the vinyl products on the top half of our product list. The fonts and design options for the bottom part of the list are included under "Product Options" on each page or individually on the "CHOICES FOR PRODUCTS BELOW" page.

Q4. How can your products be cleaned?

A4. The products with vinyl on them cannot be put in the dishwasher, but they can be handwashed.  We use a heavy-duty grade vinyl that we buy from sign companies that make outdoor signs so the vinyl will stand the test of time!

 

Q5. How quickly will my order arrive?

A5. Personalized vinyl products usually ship within 2-3 business days.  We will notify you when your order has shipped.  UPS Ground shipping usually arrives in most locations within 2-3 business days.  If you need your order more quickly, please contact us to work out an alternative arrangement.  UncommonWares products take 10-14 business days and as noted on each product page. 

Q6.  Can you ship internationally?

A6.  No, at this time, we can only ship within the United States.  We do not ship to any other countries.
